Living in the Unknown; Strengthening Belief

So, I Took a Chance

A few weeks ago, I was riddled with the back and forth of “should I do it” “should I not”. It was tearing me up to try and cultivate a response to something that is too big a burden to bear. Outside factors have a way of getting in your head and replaying over and over again. I wonder if it’s on purpose or simply for purpose. The reliance on one’s mind to brainstorm instead of turning to God. Then life, having it’s say and revealing to you that everything that can go wrong will go wrong.

Thinking about it has me in a tizzy. It’s a great story but the flashback from the despair is causing my gut to stir. Knowing that there was no plan, no set out long list just faith and a packed-up vehicle ready to drive over 285 miles. And then, there’s God who waits for you in the stillness, comforts you in the worry and strengthens you for the road ahead. Needing to be right but yearning to see that being obedient is better.

I feel lighter

This journey into the unknown feels refreshing! Fear is on instinct simply because we’re traveling into the unknown. But that act of following through on God’s desire… whew once it’s done a whole weight is removed from your being. You’ve finally done exactly what God asked of you. The best part is being able to live and breath in the newness He designed for you, knowing you’re safe and all is well.

I have fought the pull to a new destination. I struggled to find my voice and authentically flow into who God has called me to be. I’ve been trying to build a podcast and do these entries. As a girl who loves to talk for the first time have been so tongue tied in what to say to help others who are in need of that little push.

What You Need

Baby, that bible and the will to believe in something greater than you! Take heed of the naysayers, they’re just not ready to jump out on faith. Better yet they don’t know what God has in store for you! Be encouraged to take the journey with Him. Find comfort in knowing that even if you don’t understand the how, why or when; you serve a God that has already seen you through.

You will win! Deuteronomy 20:4 notes “For the Lord your God is He who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies, to give you the victory.” Be mindful the enemy doesn’t have to be those around you, it can be your mind, your fear, even your doubt. Look within and realize there is a champion in you, and everything attached to you wins!

It’s Your Winning Season!

You can’t afford to lose! What God has destined for you is about to blow your mind! I realize I need this message just as much as you, because I am still a little lost. But never lost in my love for Christ! He has promised us many things, whatever it may be for you believe He is a promise keeper and go in faith!

Be moved by your spirit which is made perfect in Christ and flow with the abundance He is granting you!

I am certain this message will find who it needs to, but as always I encourage you to grab that journal and write out your desires. Check your posture and see if it’s self centered or other centered? Does it glorify Gods ideal image of you or are you still questioning purpose?

Leave me a comment, a question or just some love! Looking forward to sharing the podcast with you all and sharing this journey of devotion and newness elevated in purpose!

Sincerely, Nina’s Virtue
