Psalm 32:8
“I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you”
The forgiveness of God is something that is refreshing and sweet but the journey is far from easy. It provides a tangible belief that the sea of forgiveness is something God grants in an attempt to place us in his newness. Freed from our past and sin. No longer walking in inequity how will you present yourself to the Lord knowing you are delivered and possibly in full access of his recovery.
Sometimes our agony and discomfort lies in the avoidance of our sin. Our rebellion calls for God to place his hands on us in an effort to change our ways. Although you ache under the burden of sin, God will wash you clean once you stand firm in the brink of his calling. Knowing that you feel this pain is a revelation in itself, revealing the covenant you’ve made with God remains in your being; surely in your heart.
No shame needed when you decide to confess to God. He already knows, but looks to you to stand in your truth. Restoration is apart of the promise, but confession opens the door to it. Seek God in confidence believing that He will be found because He desires to connect with you.
He is a Father who lovingly guides us step by step, watching over us with care. God vowed that for those who diligently seek and focus on Him, He will guide. He won’t change on you.
